When you use Thinkly, we may collect and process:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and login details
  • Call recordings, voice data, transcripts, summaries, notes, and exported files
  • Lead and campaign data you upload or generate through the platform
  • Google account authorization information when you connect Google Drive
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate Thinkly’s voice agent and analytics features
  • Process recordings and generate transcripts, summaries, and reports
  • Export files to your Google Drive when you request it
  • Improve product performance, reliability, and security
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Google Drive Access

If you choose to connect Google Drive, Thinkly requests access only through:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file

This means Thinkly can only access files and folders that Thinkly creates, or files you explicitly open with Thinkly. Thinkly does not access your entire Google Drive.

We use this access solely to save user-requested exports such as call recordings, transcripts, summaries, or related documents into your personal Google Drive.

Thinkly’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke Thinkly’s access at any time through your Google Account settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

We may share limited information only with:

  • Trusted service providers who help us operate Thinkly, under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to applicable protections

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, including under applicable Indian data protection laws such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent where applicable
  • Revoke Google Drive access at any time

8. Children’s Privacy

Thinkly is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International Data Processing

If you use Thinkly from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where data protection laws may differ.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
